One shop in a residential block of Chiyoda 3-chome. Look for the white sign brushed 焼肉しょうすけ beside the black door. Run by a meat wholesaler, it serves the day's wagyu cuts and offal as omakase courses. 23 table seats, opened March 2025, reservation only, with families and students among the regulars.
